Cooling jacket

The cooling bush consists of a cylindrical steel casing with a cooling circuit in it, whose connections are positioned on the sides. Its use is recommended when the shot sleeve undergoes severe wear in the alloy pouring area due to the combination of mechanical and thermal stress and at the same time has a very reduced thickness that does not make it possible to create an integrated thermoregulation circuit. The wate jacket is made according to the shape of the shot sleeve and fitted tightly to it by means of two screws, in order to guarantee the best heat exchange between the two them.
